All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Omnia Members remain our exclusive property. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written permission.
Omnia Members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or conduct deemed inappropriate for our community.
